There is nothing worse than taking part in an extensive email thread that could've been handled in a few back and forth's. We've all been there. Therefore we prefer a simple 5-step process.

Steps

Contact Us

Kindly fill out our contact form. Please include detailed responses such as the intended use of the appraisal or report, intended users along with any other necessary details. After reviewing your information, we'll reach out for any clarifications prior to moving forward.

Engagement Letter

After reading your responses, we'll put together a proposal containing the following elements:
  • Intended Use and Users: Addresses the function and purpose of the appraisal and who will rely on its conclusions.
  • Scope of work: Outlines specific deliverables, services and objectives.
  • Responsibilities: Defines responsibilities for the service provider (us) and the client (you).

Commencement

After both parties have signed the engagement letter, we'll get started. Our appraisals are approached in an efficient manner:
  • Intake Process: Gather additional details or project specifics that weren't already mentioned in the inquiry form.
  • On-Site Inspection: Identify the site contact and schedule a property inspection.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct an in-depth research and analysis of local and regional market conditions to determine accurate property values.
  • Comparable Properties: Research and identify relevant sales, operating profiles and capitalization rates.
  • Conclusions: Reconcile approaches to value and render an opinion of value.

Delivery

You'll receive a comprehensive report including market data, compliance checks, along with an unbiased property valuation.

Review

We encourage you, your company and other stakeholders to diligently review our report. If any tweaks are needed then those changes will be made.
