Mr. Geddes graduated from the University of Connecticut with a MBA and from Drexel University in Philadelphia with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting.

Mr. Geddes served on the Board of Directors of the Metropolitan New York Chapter of the Appraisal Institute from 2014 to 2017. During his 3-year term he chaired the chapter’s Seminar Committee and the Candidate Guidance Committee. He served as a Regional Representative to Region IV of the Appraisal Institute in 2015.

In addition to completing more than 500 hours of appraisal qualifying and continuing education courses, Mr. Geddes has attended various HUD Multifamily Accelerated Processing (MAP) seminars and workshops including Affordable Housing Market Analysis, HUD MAP Market Study and Underwriting Symposium, and Affordable Housing Preservation events.
